Dr. Liza Shuttz has been an RN since 2008. She has been an ICU nurse for many years and in leadership since 2015. Liza has had various roles, from assistant manager to system-wide senior leadership roles. Her professional interests are in shared governance, critical care, workforce engagement, leadership development, and workforce wellness.
